Support and Advocacy for Long-Term Care Consumers!

As we celebrate this day of love, send a postcard to your friends, family members and/or colleagues which encourages them to take a moment to visit with someone who is in a nursing home, assisted living facility, or receiving long-term services and supports at home. If they can’t make a visit, the postcard also encourages them to empower themselves to be an advocate for those who need our help!

So take some time and send this to those you know who have loved ones in a nursing home.
