Alabama Law Update to be Presented by BCM Attorney

Troy T. Schwant, an associate attorney at Burns, Cunningham & Mackey, has been asked to present a seminar for members of the Mobile Bar Association on recent Alabama law.  Mr. Schwant’s “Annual Alabama Law Update” is in conjunction with the Bar’s Continuing Legal Education courses required of attorneys practicing in the state.  The event will be held at the Admiral Semmes Hotel in downtown Mobile on December 17, 2010, from 1:30 to 4:45 p.m. 

Mr. Schwant is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi, and has nine years of litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, negligence, business torts, products liabiltiy and other similar areas of law.
