FREE: Car Seat Safety Inspection

We are pleased to be hosting a free car seat safety inspection on Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at our downtown Mobile, Alabama office.  Nationally Certified Instructors and Technicians will be present to conduct free inspections and give instruction on proper methods of restraining children in motor vehicles.

Car seats for children are a fundamental necessity in this day and age because motor vehicle accidents are the leading cause of death of children between the ages of 3 and 14 in the United States.  According to the National SAFE KIDS Campaign, car seats reduce the risk of death by 71% for infants and by 54% for children ages 1-4, and reduce the need for hospitalization by 69% for children ages 4 and under.

Unfortunately, more than 80% of car seats are installed incorrectly.  This event, hosted at the office of Burns, Cunningham & Mackey, P.C.,  is an excellent opportunity to have the Car Seat Safety Crew of South Alabama inspect car seats to ensure the safety of the children who ride in your car.

Please join us at 50 Saint Emmanuel Street on October 29 from 9 a.m. until noon for your free inspection.  Gifts from local businesses, to include coupons as well as Halloween candy for the kids, will be provided after each inspection.
